SEEDLINGS,CHILDREN AGED 0-2
The Seedlings Room is the Nursery's baby room nurturing children from 0-2 years. We care for up to 12 children a day with a ratio of one member of staff to three children. The room has its own nappy changing/toilet room and milk kitchen to prepare snacks and bottles. We have a separate safe crawl area for our younger babies and access to our own secure garden. Our daily routines reflect the routines that have been established at home, enabling the transition from home to Nursery to be as seamless as possible. The children are encouraged to join in a variety of activities including music and dance, messy play, construction play and imaginative play. It is in the Seedling Room that each child begins their learning journey through the Early Years Foundation Stage.
