My name is Marion Baum and I am the Nursery owner and manager. I have an active role within the Nursery as part of the Senior Management Team, Nursery SENCO, a Designated Safeguarding Officer and part of the behaviour management team.
I am very proud of the Nursery Team who work relentlessly for the children who attend The Treehouse Nursery and for the relationships that we share with our parents and families.
Prior to 2002 I had a long career in the NHS as a qualified Nurse and Midwife. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have enjoyed and continue to enjoy the job I do everyday. I love to see the children who attend Treehouse grow and mature into small independent confident people ready for the next steps in their lives.
My name is Kathryn and I have been involved in the a Nursery since it opened in 2002. I went to Canterbury University in 2011 and gained a degree in Drama and Theatre in Education. In 2022 I achieved my Level 6 as a qualified Early Years Teacher. I am now the Manager of the Nursery. I am involved with so much across the Nursery including being the Sustainability Lead, Designated Safeguard Lead and champion a 'Nourishing Nutrition' team alongside lots of other roles I have day to day! I LOVE being part of the Treehouse Team and working with lots of different families and children!
Hi, Im Norina Bailey and I have worked at the Treehouse Nursery since it opened in 2002.
I gained my Btec National Diploma in caring services: Nursery Nursing in 1996 and then a First Class BA Hons Degree in Education Studies in 2012. I am 'First Aid at Work' Trained, have a Level 3 Certificate in Health & Safety and am a Designated Safeguarding Officer.
I have been working with children for over twenty years and love watching the children grow into confident, caring and independent individuals. I left the Nursery in 2022, but I still enjoy coming back and doing lots of fun things with the children!
The Seedlings Team
Hello, my name is Anna and I am the Room Leader for the Seedlings Room. I have been working at the Treehouse Nursery since 2013. I love my job, watching the children grow from babies to young children. I have a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce Early Learning and Children and am a Designated Safeguarding Officer. I am hoping to soon achieve my level four, potentially in management.
Hello, my name is Paige. I have completed my Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship, and have loved the journey within the Pre School room. I am First Aid Trained and really enjoying being part of the Seedlings Team! I have just completed my Level 2 in Early Years Mental Health!
My name is Kirena and I joined The Treehouse Nursery in September 2020, when I started my apprenticeship Level 2, I have just recently achieved my Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification! I love being part of the Seedlings team!
My name is Sophie, I am a Level 3 practitioner in Childcare and Education. I joined the Treehouse Nursery team in September 2020. I love working with children and helping them to develop into young individuals.
The Little Acorns Team
My name is Nicki, I am the Room Leader of the Little Acorns Room. I have many years experience in childcare and have worked at the Treehouse Nursery since 2008. I have a Cache Level 2 and 3 NVQ in Children's care learning and development, and I am Paediatric First Aid trained and am a Designated Safeguarding Officer. I live locally and I'm married with three sons of my own. I really enjoy being part of aiding the children to achieve their development and helping them learn.
Hello, my name is Barbara and I have worked in childcare for many moons. I qualified NNEB in 1973 and more recently in 2010 obtained my level four CCLD. I have been working at The Treehouse Nursery in the Little Acorns Room since 2012. I have recently retired but I come back to help maintain our secret garden and support the Little Acorns Room on a Thursday.
Hello, I'm Kayla and I am a fully qualified Nursery Nurse with a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce. I am also First Aid trained and am currently working towards a qualification to become a Level 2 Forest School Assistant. Whilst gaining my Level 3 Childcare Diploma I was a student at Treehouse Nursery for one and a half years and am now a full time member of staff in the Little Acorns room as of July 2016. I have two little ones of my own who are now part of the Treehouse Nursery family!
My name is Carlee and I'm part of the Little Acorns team. I am Level 3 trained and I have more than 10 years experience in child care. I really enjoy watching the children grow and develop and helping them learn new skills everyday. I am the Deputy Room Lead in the Little Acorns.
My name is Julie and I have been a part time member of the Little Acorns team for 3 years. I have an NNEB qualification and worked with the community health visiting team for 12 years. I love seeing the children's personalities develop and grow. I am the proud Grandmother of two grandsons.

The Willows Team
My name is Kate and I have worked at the Treehouse Nursery since 2014. I became the Room Leader for the Willows Team in September 2021. I have an NVQ in Childcare, Learning & Development and a Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People's Workforce. I am also First Aid Trained and am a Designated Safeguarding Officer. I have recently just updated my training as the PANCO!
Hello, my name is Keely. I have a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce an am the Deputy Lead in the Willows Room. I love working with children everyday and look forward to interacting with them through activities and play. Having recently trained, I am now a qualified Special Educational Needs Coordinator in my Early Years Setting.
My name is Tori and I am a fully qualified Nursery Nurse working in the Seedlings Room. I have Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce, I am also First Aid Trained and am the Nursery ENCO. I have worked at the Treehouse Nursery since April 2016. I've just come back after maternity leave looking after my own Seedling!

My name is Linda Graves. I have worked at the Treehouse Nursery since it opened in 2002, as 'The Cook!' I am married with two children and I love to feed people (just ask anyone who knows me!). I have a Food & Hygiene certificate and every year we receive a
5 star food rating from The Food Standards Agency.
I am also First Aid & EpiPen trained.
